Trick or Treat

Our first Halloween in the KWD was interesting (also observed by Penelope PR and other neighbors). I was surprised to find kids already trick or treating when I came home. One of them was even smart enough to run right in front of my car without looking. Nice.

I think the ratio of kids with to without costumes was about 50/50. However, one girl “unicorn” pointed out that she did in fact have a shirt with a picture of a unicorn on it. DUH, old person.

But my favorite trick or treaters were the two toothless, thirty-something ladies that stopped by wearing flannel and unlit cigarettes and holding a couple Kroger bags.
