Film director Ingmar Bergman passed away today at his home in Sweden. He was not only my favorite director, but one of the greatest that ever graced the silver screen.
Director of such monumental films as
The Seventh Seal,
Persona,
Shame, and my favorite movie of all time,
Through a Glass Darkly.
A great loss.
